  • Digital advertising via smart totems and related platforms

  • Discount and affiliate services, including referral links and discount codes through Ghost AI and Ghost Discounts

You may only use our Services if you are:

  • An authorised member or user of a participating venue, or

  • A business partner, advertiser, or merchant approved by Ghost AI

You must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.

3. Facial Recognition

Facial recognition technology is used solely for access control and identity verification purposes.

  • Facial recognition is used only for enrolled and consenting users

  • It is not used for public surveillance

  • Facial data is never sold or used for advertising

4. Advertising, Discounts & Affiliate Links

  • Our Services may display advertising and promotional content.
    We may provide links or discount codes to third-party products or services and receive a commission for qualifying purchases.

    We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, transactions, or services.

All content, branding, software, and technology used in connection with the Services is owned by or licensed to Ghost AI.
